About Me

I’m a UX/UI designer at HOPE, where I design thoughtful, human-centered experiences in the financial space. As the only designer, I partner closely with product to simplify complexity and build systems that scale with intention. I’m passionate about empathy-driven design, clarity in ambiguity, and creating experiences that build trust.

UX Designers = Jack of all Trades

As the sole UX/UI designer, I don’t just “take tickets”—I partner closely with product managers and stakeholders to shape problems before jumping to solutions. I ask the right questions, navigate ambiguity, and align design decisions with both user needs and business impact.

Mission Driven, Human-Centered Design

I design with empathy first. Working in financial services for underserved communities, I prioritize clarity, accessibility, and trust. My goal is to create experiences that feel intuitive and empowering—especially for users who may be less tech-savvy or historically excluded from financial systems.

Systems Thinking with Practical Execution

I balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. From research insights to polished UI, I ensure every design decision ladders up to a cohesive system. I focus on scalable solutions that reduce chaos, improve consistency, and support long-term product growth.

My Approach

When I’m not designing, you can find me building LEGO sets, thrifting hidden gems, or always up for a good espresso martini. :)
